The much awaited film Mardaani 3 has been certified U/A and is all set for release by the end of the month. The film is announced to be released on 30th January 2026. Directed by Abhiraj Minawala, the film has received approval from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). It stars Rani Mukerji along with Janki Bodiwala and Mikhail Yawalkar.

The film cleared the certification process on January 14, 2026, and the makers have promised a mix of action and entertainment. The U/A certification makes it suitable for both teenagers and adult audiences. Compared to the previous installments in the series, the film is expected to be longer and more detailed. The Free Press Journal mentions it to be the longest film in the franchise.
Sources confirm that the approved runtime of Mardaani 3 is 2 hours, 10 minutes, and 36 seconds. The first Mardaani had a runtime of 113 minutes, while Mardaani 2 was 103 minutes long. The upcoming installment is divided into two halves: the first half runs for 1 hour, 6 minutes, and 30 seconds, and the second half lasts 1 hour, 4 minutes, and 6 seconds.
